Memento Dual Tip Marker is a waterbased dye ink marker, with bullet and brush tip, which is fast drying and fade resistant. It is feature for its quick drying on even glossy vellum and coated paper for fine and detail lines. And it is a perfect for colouring with alcohol markers such as Copic markers. Reminder: It is not recommended for using embossing technique due to its quick drying time.
